Yet another window control

这是我一年前的一个小坑，不过今天被我捡起来实现了一些小feature，也许有人会喜欢。

这个部件是对 KDE 原有窗口控制部件的小改造，一个是添加一些原先没有的按钮，并且支持隐藏和显示一些部分，例如标题。

这次修改的两个新的功能。

1、设置 KWin 的最大化无边框（这个设置并未在界面上显示）

2、支持从部件拖拽窗口。
