KDE 4.7进入soft feature冻结

根据KDE 4.7发布计划，4月28号就是特性新增最后的期限。之后只有bug修正和4.7 Feature Plan实现的代码能提交到开发分支。同时，4.7 Feature Plan也会关闭。而那些没完成的特性（我估计就是标记为todo的那些）和没列进Feature Plan的都会被推迟到下一次 KDE SC 大版本更新，也就是 KDE 4.8。

5月12号还有 Hard Feature 冻结，那时只接受bug修正，其它代码一律拒绝。

5月25号，会发布 KDE 4.7 第一个Beta测试版本。
