(KDE公告)弃用phonon-backend-xine后端

KDE邮件列表出公告，已经弃用了phonon的xine后端。

公告：公共频道有提到过几次，但还没人做官方的公告。Phonon的Xine后端处于无人维护的状况，因此被弃用。用户应该用VLC或GStreamer后端。期待有人接手Xine后端。
